  • Photos you voluntarily upload through the AI Headshot Test or related programs.

  • Device and browser type, IP address, and activity metrics such as pages visited and time spent.
  • Engagement data from newsletters, events, and digital campaigns.
 

  Optional Data

  • Feedback, survey responses, testimonials, or program participation details you choose to share.

As a Digital Responsibility & Movement (DRM) organization, DISCOVERING AI partners with research institutions, corporations, schools, and nonprofits to advance AI literacy and ethical technology education.

Your information may be used, in anonymized or aggregated form, to:

  • Conduct research on AI education, learning outcomes, or digital safety.
  • Support co-developed products, curricula, or tools not yet available.
  • Train or enhance future programs that align with our mission of responsible, human-centered AI use.

4. AI Headshot Test Program

When participating in the free AI Headshot Test:

  • You may upload personal images to receive AI-generated headshots. You must own or have permission to share all submitted photos.

  • Uploading sexually explicit, harassing, copyrighted, or illegal content is prohibited.
  • DISCOVERING AI may delete any uploaded images at any time and remove all related data after project completion.
  • Images are used solely for testing, improvement, or delivery of results, and are never sold or used for unrelated purposes.
  • You are legally and criminally responsible for all images you submit.

5. Family AI GAME PLAN™, MindSpark™, and Educational Programs

These family learning tools are designed to help parents and children use AI responsibly.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children’s participation.

DISCOVERING AI is not responsible for:

  • The outcomes or errors of third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, etc.).
  • Interpretations, outputs, or creative works produced by participants using those tools.

All educational content is provided “as is,” with no warranty of accuracy or performance.

6. Information Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers assisting in hosting, email delivery, analytics, or customer support.
  • Strategic partners and collaborators helping us deliver or co-develop educational programs, AI tools, or research projects.
    All partners operate under confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

DISCOVERING AI may transfer or process anonymized data globally, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and analytics tools to improve performance, personalize experiences, and understand visitor trends. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may limit functionality.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to occasional updates related to resources, events, or education programs.
