Welcome to DISCOVERING AI. By accessing our websites, programs, or digital tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, downloading resources, or participating in any DISCOVERING AI program, you consent to:

• The collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Receiving digital materials such as the FAMILY AI GAME PLAN™ (FAIGP) and MindSpark™ activities.
• Communication via email or SMS (where explicit consent is provided).

2. User Accounts & Lovable Cloud Access

To save progress on the FAMILY AI GAME PLAN™ and other interactive materials, you may be required to create a user account.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Data Hosting: Your account data and saved forms are hosted via Lovable Cloud (utilizing Supabase infrastructure). While we use industry-standard security, DISCOVERING AI is not liable for data loss or service interruptions caused by third-party cloud providers.
• Minors & COPPA: If you are under the age of 13, you may only create an account and save data with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to delete accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.

3. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property

All content provided including downloadable PDFs, MindSpark™ activities, and AI Headshot outputs is for personal, educational, or non-commercial use.

• Ownership: DISCOVERING AI retains all rights to its proprietary frameworks and tools.
• User Content: You retain ownership of the specific data you input into our forms. By using our cloud tools, you grant DISCOVERING AI a limited license to host, store, and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

 

4. Educational and AI-Based Programs

Our programs are intended to help families, educators, and professionals explore AI responsibly. Participants agree to:

• Use third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva) in compliance with their respective terms.
• Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise minors using our interactive digital tools.
• “As Is” Basis: All programs are offered “as is.” DISCOVERING AI is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated outputs or the performance of third-party AI models.

 

5. AI Headshot Test

• Submission Rights: You must own or have full rights to all images uploaded.
• Content Standards: Uploading sexually explicit, harassing, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
• Data Deletion: We reserve the right to remove submissions and related data after project completion.

6. Collaboration, Research, and Development

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that anonymized or aggregated data may be used for research to improve AI literacy tools and ethical training sets. We do not sell personal information to third parties for advertising.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Policy

• By opting in via our landing pages, you agree to receive messages regarding resources and events.
• Message frequency varies; standard carrier rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

8. Community Guidelines & Termination

In our forums, workshops, or digital spaces, you agree to engage respectfully. DISCOVERING AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our websites, GHL landing pages, or Lovable Cloud applications for any user who:

• Violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
• Attempts to circumvent security measures or “scrape” data from our platforms.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

DISCOVERING AI, its partners, and its infrastructure providers (IONOS, GoHighLevel, Lovable/Supabase) are not liable for:

• Errors in AI-generated content.
• Technical failures or data loss resulting from third-party service interruptions.
• Outcomes resulting from the interpretation of our educational materials.
